We provide architectural & engineering design packages for public infrastructure buildings.
You will help us create complete and well-structured Revit drawings for our product range.
Key Deliverables:
- Revit Template Files: Clean, ready-to-use templates for all our products.
- Components Library: A library of parametric Revit families for our core & custom components.
- Legends and Schedules: Pre-configured templates for keynote legends and material schedules.
- Documentation: Instructions on how to use each template and its associated families.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Demonstrable experience in creating and managing custom Revit families and templates.
- Experience with parametric modelling.

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to assist with initial module setup, OCA stack integration & light custom development for a business providing modular public infrastructure buildings throughout Australia.
We are implementing an internal Odoo 18 Community Edition solution hosted on a custom cloud server (Docker, PostgreSQL, Nginx). We are utilizing LGPL Community modules and Odoo Community Association (OCA) repositories for Accounting, Invoicing, and CRM operations.
This is an initial project-based role with clear deliverables, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term contract for future Odoo modules.
Requirements:
- Odoo Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Odoo Community Edition.
- Tech Stack: Python 3, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb templating, and Git.
- OCA Familiarity: Familiarity with working inside OCA repositories and modular Odoo architecture.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Comfortable working in Linux environments, Docker Compose, and running database/App updates.

We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate our Design & Documentation packages for modular public infrastructure (including pedestrian bridges and other public structures).
Urbana provides specialized modular engineering and complete tender-ready documentation packages, allowing local councils to tender manufacturing and construction directly to local contractors and builders.
You will act as the point of contact between our Revit drafting team, client council officers, and local contractors.
Key Deliverables:
- Project Coordination: Manage the lifecycle of standard modular packages from initial client engagement through quotation to tender-ready design delivery.
- Technical Documentation Reviews: Ensure drawings and documentation align with site requirements and public infrastructure expectations.
- Tender Package Support: Provide clients with tender drawings and specifications so local contractors can quote reliably with minimal friction.
- Contractor & Client Liaison: Serve as the technical point of contact on each project, answering site-to-drawing queries and helping resolve issues between our customers and their chosen contractors.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to municipal project officers and local contractors.
- Proven experience managing structural, building, or public infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of Australian construction workflows and standard Australian engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with understanding drafting and engineering design outputs.
